Maintenance - Outside Technician

• Full-time position, 40 hours/week, Monday-Friday
• Beginning hourly rate: $16.68, subject to experience
• Non-exempt

Summary: Perform a wide range of land management duties including but not limited to; Mow and trim school properties, Planting of annuals, perennials, trees and shrubs, mulching, weeding, irrigation, pest management, tree care and pruning, turf care, athletic field maintenance, watering, leaf removal, gutter cleaning, litter control, trash removal, and snow removal.

Experience: 

• Prior landscape experience preferred 
• Zero-Turn mower, Backhoe, Bobcat, and Snowplow experience preferred
• Small engine repair experience preferred
• Self-starter, independent motivated worker.
• Willing to teach the right individual the skills to build a long term career.
• Horticultural experience a plus
